Skype interview with an HR recruiter. The interview was disorganized, the interviewer was clearly just going through a list of interviewees and had no idea of our backgrounds so the first question was "Do you have a degree, what did you major in and why did you pick that?"
The interviewer seemed to be coming up with the questions off the top of her head. Examples:
- Give me an example of when you have had to be creative.
- What situation have you been in that you had to make a fast decision? How was it resolved?
- What are your three priorities in life? Follow-up - how do you act upon number 3?
- Are you fluently bilingual in French and English?
