The interview took about 20 mins because I had to take a oral drug test and she did a background check so I will get my results for those in a week.

I was only asked 2 questions . What does customer service means to you?
what would you where on your way to the restroom and a customer asks you what aisle is the collard greens on?
very quick and easy interview I got hired on the spot but they rescinded the job offer after receiving my background report even tho i was upfront and honest about convictions during the interview

if i was on my way to break and a customer stopped me and asked me for help what would i do?
The interview was fluent and very simple questions. They asked me what I would do in certain situations and that’s about how hard it gets. Make sure you show up on time.

Interview
It was a group interview, We had to answer as individuals and form groups to complete exercises. There were multiple people interviewing for multiple stores, departments and positions. Only 2 people in the interview did not make it to the next round and were not offered positions.
