I applied through university. I interviewed at Kohl's in Jan 2022
Interview
The prelimary interview consisted of an asynchronous interview. I was given access to an online software where I could record myself and submit the recordings. I was asked about 7 questions and I was given about 1 and a half minute to reflect on the answer before having to record my response.

Question 1
Describe one time you encountered a difficulty within a team meeting/team project.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
