The interview process went smoothly until the final interview. Not much guidance was given in regards to the final role play. I was over prepared and had done an entire script rehearsal. The brief should have mentioned that improvisation should be used in the final role play. Also something that the hiring managers should take into consideration is that we all have good and bad days, good and bad interviews. A bad interview does not mean that the candidate is not a correct fit for the position. With the correct training and candidate attitude anything is possible. I waited for over a month to find out that I had not been selected. I had to email the recruiter. What if I did not email, I assume that that I would still be waiting for an answer.

It was as all interview processes should be. It was very straightforward and reasonable. The recruiter(s) were very responsive, stuck to their dates and set up for success. The feedback was candid and specific. The process was excellent and the people were very easy to work with and honest about where one stands.
