Knights Apparel interview questions

I submitted my résumé to HR. The Art Director called for a phone interview and to set up a one-on-one in person interview the next week. I brought my physical portfolio and had already sent the link to my online portfolio to show my work and experience. The following week I received an offer.

Interview process was very informal. It was just people coming in to speak with me about my education. It was casual and asked very little about my work experience. I was interviewed based on a connection I had with the company, so I am unsure that is the reasoning that it was so casual. Two of the interviewers were very friendly, but there was on that seemed a little more uptight, but still did not ask about my work experience. I had to bring up my work experience in conversation.
