I applied online and was invited to do a video interview. This was simple competency questions and questions about yourself and the company. It took about 20 minutes to do. Roughly 3 weeks later i was invited to go to the assessment day. This was really fun, there were about 12 people there, they had a rotation system to make sure there was enough time for everyone to be interviewed. The individual interview was really relaxed and lasted about 50 minutes, we had the opportunity to talk to people currently working on the grad programme. We had a group activity in the afternoon and at the end of the day we had to do a presentation that we prepared that day. We presented in front of about 2 people and it was about how we embody the companies values. They were so friendly and just want you to be honest, if you don’t know an answer simply tell them, it makes you look more confident.
