Interview
A phone call from the HR and then an in-person interview with the manager. After the in-person interview, normal drug test and background check. Then an offer letter and HR benefits package is presented.

How is your attention to detail? How do you work in a team setting? Also a simple math and comparing paperwork test.
Transparent and the manager was very nice and honest. Asked about my work experiences and why I want to work at Keybank. Ended up just doing a sorting assessment despite the email saying a sorting assessment and data entry assessment.
