Kevin P. Martin & Associates interview questions

Went to their office where I was supposed to meet with the head of HR who i had been in communication with to set up the interview. Ended up having a one on one meeting with two different managers who asked my general questions about my resume, work experience and future plans. All in all pretty standard as far as interviews went.

Standard Interview. Met with HR Manager, and two others (manager & senior). First met with the hiring manager, spend about 15 minutes. Pretty typical process, with feeler questions. Next met with a manager, we spoke in length about experience & expectations. Second, met with a senior. This is much more informal seemed to me this part was more about how well I will get along with the company culture. Third, met with the senior one last time. I got to ask final questions and the interview was done.
