Interview
Being an HR software company, they were very process oriented. Consequently, it seemed less personal than other interviews. Otherwise, a fairly typical software position interview. Good technical questions were asked.

Asked about production problem involving load balanced multi-app server environment that had just undergone infrastructure upgrades. Had to come up with possible causes of a newly introduced slow down in response times.
