Simple and standard, but very long intervals between communication. The interviewer was very friendly and helped walk me through the next steps for the process. The interview was easy and comfortable with a focus on skills and work experience.

Interview
Interviewed with a Director who didn't show their face, despite being a Meetings session. It ended up being a discussion about a different role that someone quit and told me that I'd be a great fit for it despite not having a job description. They told me to email them if I had more questions or wanted to move forward, but that person ghosted me. HR actually took down the position the day of my interview and said they needed to reevaluate their goals for next year. I'm pretty sure why their person ended up quitting lol. Red flags all around
