It's a remote job, so I have been interviewed online using Microsoft Team. An email was sent to me, and then you can choose the dates that's suitable for you. And the interview was about 30 Min,

Question 1
All basic questions like introduce yourself? work experience? some behaviour questions, etc.
There are three phases. First phase is phone interview and then is English and target language exam. They won’t be too difficult. All you need to worry is time limits.
2 rounds plus training period. In the training period you will learn how to respond. Then, another round of training in your specific language. The training period is paid as well for both rounds.
You get a phone call from a recruiter who asks you very basic questions. Then he informs you about the job. Then he sends you an email that has a link for the first test you will do. If you pass, you will do another test in your own language. If you pass, you will start a two weeks paid training. Then after that, you will do a medical test. If you pass, you will be ready for work.
