One phone interview and one in-person interview. Phone interview was really just going over my resume and experience. In-person interview a week later. Most of the questions were situational as they pertain to previous real estate experience.

5 steps to interview one with each member of lead ship. Very over the top and took a week just for interviews some were over 2 hours long. Did not receive a y compensation for that time and training took. Full 90 days until I was able to receive any bonuses for deals. The salary was so low that without bonuses it was nearly impossible to survive on
