      I interviewed at Kaseya

      Interview

I went through a three-stage interview process: an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by two virtual interviews. I was verbally offered the role but was told they needed to secure headcount. They assured me the approval had been granted, but it never came through. All communication was verbal, and I never received anything in writing—I even had to follow up via email to confirm the offer details. After nearly a month of back-and-forth, I was informed that the role was put on hold due to the CEO stepping down, with no clear timeline for a decision (ranging from three weeks to an entire quarter). I wouldn’t recommend investing your time.
