KalioTek interview questions

Applied through another Job Board and was contacted via website messaging system a few days later. - No introductions from person contacting Responded with Availability for phone screening and was contacted via phone call a day or so later. Phone screen was about 30-45 minutes - About mid conversation, it became a phone interview. - No introductions from speaker up until this point. Questions are your average interview type questions pertaining to role. Asked to come in the next day for in-person interview. Scheduled for 2 hours. But ran over for another 1.5 hours. Interview was with 3 people from the company & team - including the CEO. At the end of the interview process/day, was told they would reach a decision in a week and would let me know via phone or email. 3.5 weeks later, instead of an email - I receive a message through the Job Board messaging application - informing me of their decision. Followed up by an automated email informing me of their decision once more.
