Great experience. There were three interviews- first was with VP of Customer Experience then two members of the CX team and lastly the CEO. The full process took 2.5 weeks.

Interview
Started with a screening call with HR to describe the company and role, check some eligibility criteria and set salary guidance. Then there was a technical interview followed by an interview with an Exec.
