Interview

I had one interview that was 1 hour long. It was broken up so I had to interview with two different panels. Both panels consisting of 4 people with the first panel focusing more on work experience and the other seeming to target more personality fit.

You need the pass the computer based test first, and then two round face to face interview with the managers. After interview, they will show you around their factory. Lots of workers over there. Very scientific HR interview process.
