3 rounds total - Phone, meet the team, then meet the execs. Typical interview questions and everyone was kind. Was turned off when one of the execs interrupted our interview to use their phone and text someone they were trying to get a hold of, but besides that, it was professional overall.

Standard questions asked. Nothing out of the ordinary. Plan to answer things like what makes you a good fit over others. Also the occasional curveball question. Nothing too too complicated.

What do you bring to that role that differentiates you from other candidates?
It was the worst interview I have ever given. The office manager who interviewed me seemed a really difficult person to deal with. general questions but she had an accusing look at all times and she never seemed satisfied by any answers. She has trust issues for sure.
