Phone screen followed by 4, 30-minute in-person interviews. The questions were mostly behavioral and fit screening. The interviewers were very nice and they were with the people that I would work with. Overall very communicative and positive experience.

Then a remote video on interview with hiring manager ask for basic experience/behavioral questions
Then remote interview with hiring manager and market research team lead to do an experiential task

Interview
1st round: Phone interview with who would be my immediate supervisor.
2nd round: Online tests for math/reading competency and personality.
3rd round: In-person, four different interviewers, 30 minutes each. None of the questions were too difficult or gotcha-y, they were laid back (dressed very informally) and were more getting a feel for me.
