I submitted a resume with a basic overview of my previous experience and within a week or so I was called in for an interview with the manager within 1.5 weeks. The interview was in person and very relaxed and casual

Mention a time that you have had a difficult client service issue and how you resolved it?
Online interview and over the phone. Asked about my availability and why KFC should hire me. Conversation went for about 7 minutes. Very easy process and was immediately recruited for the job.

Interview
I felt welcomed and the interview went so well. The manager asked me few questions about my previous employment and some questions about my skills. I left the store feeling positive.

Short interview asking more about the interviewee, hobbies, how they respond to situations, previous experience, whether they are involved in team sports or leadership building activities. Asks for availability, transport to and from work, preferred position.
