In-store interview with a manager. Small group interview. Very informal.
Questions were very basic and was roughly 10-15 minutes long.
Managers were friendly and did not expect much from young applicants.

I felt welcomed and the interview went so well. The manager asked me few questions about my previous employment and some questions about my skills. I left the store feeling positive.

Short interview asking more about the interviewee, hobbies, how they respond to situations, previous experience, whether they are involved in team sports or leadership building activities. Asks for availability, transport to and from work, preferred position.
