Interview
Filled in forms online, received a call for an interview later on. Had an interview with the restaurant manager who was very encouraging during the interview. However, they did not call you back about the position and I had to give a follow up call and was accepted into the role.
Online interview and over the phone. Asked about my availability and why KFC should hire me. Conversation went for about 7 minutes. Very easy process and was immediately recruited for the job.

Interview
I felt welcomed and the interview went so well. The manager asked me few questions about my previous employment and some questions about my skills. I left the store feeling positive.

Short interview asking more about the interviewee, hobbies, how they respond to situations, previous experience, whether they are involved in team sports or leadership building activities. Asks for availability, transport to and from work, preferred position.
