Everyone is hired with the same pitch. They don't care about your education or work experience, they are willing to hire anyone under 30. They interview people monday through friday. They will not tell you its a DOOR TO DOOR sales position.

Interview
it was a brief 10 minute introduction to myself and the company. They wanted two copies of my resume and I met with the CEO. The CEO introduced himself and asked me about my work experience, my self, and what I was looking for in a company. The CEO than introduced what he was looking for in an applicant, what he saw for the company and the aspects of the company he wanted to focus on.
