Since it was possible to notice a couple of deviations during the talk and especially for a 1-hour conversation, with a bunch of questions being just thrown away without a clear structure created, or a clear connection between the job description and the interview. It was quite difficult to feel comfortable following the method, and give the expected answer. The feedback at the end of the process was poor, just a generic message that said you did get selected for the next phase.
