I applied through university. I interviewed at Jump Trading
Interview
Interview process was informal (did not need to wear a suit) and seemed to be mostly behaviorally based. The questions were not designed to be tricky. The company seemed to be genuinely interested in getting to know the interviewees, and seemed to have a start-up feel.
Got contacted by recruiter and then had to face a lot of rounds along with an OA at t h e sta art. Hihgly tchnical questions and long process, found it difficult
I had to submit an online application. I submitted my resume and then was given a first round interview. Questions were very difficult and centered around probability and quick-fire. I was rejected quickly after this round.
