Their recruiter reached out to me, we had an introductory call and that went great. She took the time to meet with me even in the midst of some issues on her end which is very much appreciated. It went well and I was moved forward to the take home assessment. It was a two hour take home which I passed and was moved on to the next stage with the hiring manager. Unfortunately right after that I was informed they were shifting internal priorities and removed the job posting. Overall, I liked the people I spoke with and didn't mind the interview process, but I really think companies should figure out their internal priorities before starting interviews for a role. It wastes everyone's time, especially if you're going as far as requiring a take home assessment.
