I came in and immediately met with HR, then gave an hour-long job talk. I had back-to-back meetings almost the entire day with the team, some of which were more interview-y and working through project questions they had, and some of which were more "ask us questions you have about working here". It was a lot, I didn't even have time to grab water. A bunch of the people attending the talk didn't realize it was a job talk and asked questions that were not appropriate in context. While they seemed interested, I had another job offer almost immediately after so did not follow up after.
