I know someone in the company that referred me to one of the three entrepeneurs that built the company. We arranged an interview and my exmate explained me about the company before the company partner explained me what he needed and checked with me my knowledge and interests. The feeling was quite good in general.

The hiring and interview process is fairly easy and straight forward. It consisted of a telephone interview and a face to face where basis behavioural questions were asked. They get back to you pretty fast

After talking with HR I had a couple of technical interviews. First one with VP and CTO and second one with a group of senior devs.

Don't remember now exact questions but they were easy interviews. I didn't find any question really difficult probably due to my experience and being interviewed because a referral.
The main focus of the interviews were around my experience.... No tricky questions. The whole process were very relaxed. Very nice people.

Since first interview I got an offer in 15 days aprox. I remember it took longer because HR guy was on vacations.

Job was advertised through a recruitment agency even though the company’s main objective is to put employers in direct contact with potential employees and vice versa for jobs.
The start of the interview was ok but then the person who was being demoted from the role I was applying for was also in the interview and was actually allowed to separately question me alone as well.
It was like he just wanted to steal my ideas not interview me. Very unprofessional
I was told later that very body who interviewed me liked me and wanted to offer me the position except the person who was being demoted Very unprofessional

They liked my resume and booked a time with me through calendly.

Then they rescheduled it 10 minutes before without telling me 3 times.
I emailed and ask if busy and we can try new time - no answer.

I got a employee referral. I did two on-site interviews with two Heads of Operations (one of them my boss's boss), then a pre-recorded interview with the HR team.

The on-site interviews were part case interview, part personal interview. If you've done any case interview training, the cases are actually very standard, but they tend to be about more tech-oriented companies and highly measurement-based. I did both in a mix of English and Spanish.

The pre-recorded interview I did with HR was pretty standard. This was completely in Spanish.

To succeed any stage of the interview, you truly need to be passionate about the mission, have the right cultural fit, and show a track record of being very hands on. This is no place for classic consultants or financial analysts.
