I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Janssen (Cork) in Jan 2018
Interview
Straightforward and relaxed environment. It took 15 to 20 minutes. Questions are shaped around the CV. Some questions were about the position based, in my case it was finance. Good experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Janssen (Leiden) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was a long process, mediated by Randstad. Two weeks after my application, I received a call from Randstad checking basic information. Another two weeks after that, I received an email of Randstad with the same questions. One week later, Janssen contacted me for an interview for few weeks later (almost 2 months from the application date until the interview). The interview was quite nice, and the interviewers kind and friendly. I didn't receive any feedback after it, I think the position offered wasn't a good fit in the end (the internship description was not fully clear, or I didn't understand it properly). I would apply without problems for another position that fits me better after all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic questions about yourself to start, and then the typical: Why Janssen? Which abilities from previous experiences could you apply in this position? Define yourself in the working environment...
Virtual interview and then panel interview and then received a call with offer about a month later. Nice streamlined process. Might take some months to hear back for panel interview though.

Interview
The process is very easy and all managers make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Be on time and prepare for questions one after the other. They take different rounds and questions are very much tailored for the job role.
