I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process with Jama Software. Each conversation felt thoughtful, well-structured, and genuinely valuable for me as a candidate. It wasn’t just about assessing my background - I also had the opportunity to understand how the team works, what matters most to them, and how they approach collaboration with customers.
What stood out in particular was how consistent the communication was across the different interview stages and how engaged the team was at every step, including leadership. The process felt like a true two-way exchange, where both sides were able to explore expectations and working styles openly.

Interview process started with an intro call to director of sales which was thirty minutes.
From there, I was able to have a conversation with an Account Executive on the team and understand the day to day.
After that, had an interview with the VP of Sales. He asked me for my Jama Software pitch, and sales process.
Lastly, put together a mock sales presentation for VP and Director of sales on Jama or a product you currently sell. The interview process moved quickly, was fair, and did a good job of qualifying the candidate.
