Interview
First I had a quick telephone interview. Next I had a face to face interview with the recruiter and manager for HR. The recruiter was friendly, asked behavioral questions but the manager was a nightmare. The manager just kept grilling questions and did not listen, I guess that was her style. I would not accept the offer if I had been offered a job, working for an HR dictator would be miserable.

I completed a zoom interview with the hiring manager. We were cameras on. I declined to move forward when I understood more about the day to day, but I would have continued the interview process if I felt my HR philosophy aligned
Shockingly poor recruitment process, wasted so much time while the internal Recruiter didn't return phone calls, didn't provide feedback and waited weeks to tell me the role had been offered to the other candidate.

Interviewed with colleagues and leadership. Everyone was easy going and personable. Questions were around HR Functions and strategic initiatives. Stressed the importance of a fast pace work environment and collaboration among departments
