Challenges JLR and automotive industry face
Competency - Describe a time ect.
Assessment Center is divided into two rounds, one presentation round and one behavior-based interview round. The first round will ask questions based on your speech content, while the second round will ask common questions, such as why did you choose this company, why did you choose this career?
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at JLR (Royal Leamington Spa, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online, sent in CV and cover letter. Then got invited for psychometric tests which were all relatively simple. A week later got told that I passed them and to await further correspondence. Finally got invited to an assessment centre in March which consisted of 5 other candidates. 4.5 hours long which had a 15 minute presentation, 45 minute 1 to 1 interview and a 40 minute group exercise.
Every member of the company were very welcoming and helpful, it was an enjoyable day overall.
