Sat down with two managers in a small group.
Was asked about our experience.
Was asked about our worst and best customer service experience.
Asked our greatest strengths and are worst.
Then brought into one on one interviews with managers
Very laid back and customer service focused. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and had many scenarios of possible situations that would happen with customers who are upset or request to speak to manager
Questions about prior experience and leadership positions. Explained using STAR method to answer experiential questions. Drilled on resume specific experiences and skillset. Polite and quick process but be thorough with explanations.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at JCPenney (Wauwatosa, WI)

Interview process was very easy went in answer the few general questions use charm asked a few questions regarding schedules and was offered the position right on the spot .
