I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Sydney) in Aug 2013
Interview
It first start with a phone interview that go through your background. The HR manager not interested in anything I told her until I said I know how to programming in Java. After she double confirmed I can program in Java, she sounds much more excited. I guess thats why I get an on-site interview. For the onsite interview, you will have meet 2 vp for individual interview. After that will be the presentation part, they will give you a bunch of emails to read through, and you have 15 mins to design a system that can solve the problem. This is also an individual presentation. After that, there will be a group interview that discuss on an issue. There is no technical exam at all.
