I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied online through my college. Then, a recruiter reached out to me inviting me to a super day. The super day was 3 30-minute interviews (presentation, behavioral, technical). Questions were fairly standard for each part. The presentation was supposed to be about a project or something like that, but we ended up just talking about past work in general. No worries if it doesn't end up taking the whole 30 minutes allotted. Recruiter told me to expect a decision within a week. Then I emailed him and he told me one more week. I emailed him a third time and he said 2-3 days. It's been another week and a half of silence and overall I have waited for about 5 weeks so far. I have tried to email and call him to no avail. I finally got a decision after reaching out to an alternate recruiter.
The initial interview is very quick, they also like to have career events etc. There were some rounds of phone and a super day. You travel to their office and there were group exercise and single one to one's
Amazing. Best interview experience ever.
They focus on behavior of the people than just blindly asking questions.
Work culture is also amazing..good company to start working with.
I was selected through code for good
