Ironside Human Resources interview questions

I received an initial call from the owner who had a colorful vocabulary, which I laughed off. I decided to give this company a chance and accepted an in-person interview which the ratio was 2:1 which made me feel uncomfortable as I viewed that as unprofessional.

Very short phone screen, then interview 1 with dept and second with operations and ceo or coo. Very straightforward and honest, but cuss a ton to vet you. Will talk about high turnover and failed employees.
