Investec Mid-Level Manager interview questions

Good overall, although extensive with the number of people met (about 12) throughout the process. They were mindful of my time however in making sure I didn't have to come back on more than 3 separate occasions so some interviews were exhausting with it dragging on; all with very similar questions asked nothing strenuous at all; very conversational; very little by the way of technical and more on culture/face fits/ team player. Lots of talk about culture, flat structure, lack of hierarchy, flexibility so all pluses but made me question professionalism and whether it is a dynamic workforce. Was shocked not to be asked once whether I was interviewing elsehwhere, what my timescales were; whether I was considering my options -there was an assumption that Investec was my single only option which it wasn't.
