5 tasks set, asked to do in order of priority - more important to do the ones you choose well rather than rush through. Also add comments as to why you did it in that order Relatively straight forward. Then asked back for a 1:1 interview, mainly questions on customer service.

Describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer
head hunted and guided through process. Personality test before in tray exercises and tour of offices and 1-2-1 interviews. Questions asked were derived from personality tests. Very high turnover of staff. Lots of recruitment but lack of retention

Applied through an employee referral scheme , Interview process was in 2 stages, a competency based interview and an interview with senior stake holders , interviewers were not friendly , questions asked were not related to the role sdvertise.
