The interview started with the manager explaining about the company and the job itself. Then I was asked to tell more about myself and my experience in handling customers. After the 5-10 minute talk, I was asked to sit for a quick written test (mainly questions about different scenarios involving customers and how would you respond to that). After the test, I was done with the interview.
