I applied online. I interviewed at Intermountain Health
Interview
I met privately one-on-one with a hiring official for an interview. Once offered the position, was required to submit proof of licensure, submit to a background investigation, obtain necessary vaccinations, and engage in a multi-day orientation.
I applied online. I interviewed at Intermountain Health (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
It was in person and with several team members (for a PRN social worker position). Everyone was kind and welcoming and took turns going around the table asking questions about my work experience, hypothetical scenarios and how I would respond, strengths, weaknesses, etc. They were all relatively common interview questions. I did one at Lehi and Salt lake and both were similar format.
