Interview
The interview process was quite normal. I initially was screened by the HR rep who asked me traditional questions about my previous experience and schooling, my interest in the position, etc. After getting the green light from the HR rep I was then asked the following day to interview with the hiring manager in person. We had a delightful conversation and talked about how my experience and schooling is a great match. I was made an offer, at a very low hourly rate that was non-negotiable. I took the job for the experience; however, I wish i had taken a job with better pay, especially since full-time positions with IHC provide horrible base pay and benefits - unless you are coming into a high leadership position - SVP or higher.

Interview
It was a smooth and simple process. I was in contact with the manager soon after submitting my application. They were ready to interview me when I arrived and asked me fair and clear questions.
