Integrated Staffing Corporation (US) interview questions

I applied online and received a phone call within a few hours. The position I applied for was nearby, although the interview took place very far away and it was a huge inconvenience to get there. Once I arrived, I had to fill out another application and then during my "interview" I was told that I did not have enough experience for the position. I find this strange since I was told over the phone that I was "perfect" for the position. Not only that, but the entire process seemed disorganized. I highly doubt that until I filled out an application in person and brought in a physical copy of my resume that they even knew anything about me other than the fact that I was interested in the position. I would not recommend a temp agency, and I would definitely not recommend Integrated Staffing.
