Really getting to know what you are like to work with as well as what you can offer to them with your experience Next was an interview with the hiring manager. 1:1 interview asking similar questions from the initial interview and seeing if you're really fit for the team. Then a final video interview with VP of Professional Services in NY. Much more relaxed than expected which was nice. I think it's really nice that she wants to get to know all potential hires before going forward with it. All interviewers were highly professional and intelligent and took the time to answer all of my questions at the end. They also made clear what is expected of the role and how the office culture is. Had a great time meeting everyone + was offered the position, can't wait to start :)
