I had the opportunity to interview with everyone on the team. The interview was comfortable and insightful. The HR leader described the position in detail and what the role's responsibilities would include.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter was BDI, then HR Director was BDI, then 3 area Managers was situational. All interviews were completed remotely as the HQ was in Tempe, AZ. Offer was made and accepted. I would recommend countering the offer as they will low ball the salary. They will also grant 1 additional week of PTO depending on level. Insight only pays out to IL, MN and CA for accrued PTO if you leave the organization.
