A recruiter reached out to me for a position in sales and account management. I had a phone interview with her and we went over my resume and background from my college experience. She told me to send her my resume, and she will get back to me after going over it with the company to see if I was a good fit.

What are my plans for the future and why do I want to be in sales?
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
