I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Hartford, CT) in Feb 2019
Interview
It was AMAZING, so personable and the recruiter who was looking for you in the hiring process wanted to get to know you personally. He then after the phone call interview wanted to get me in quickly to get a personal interview and helped me set it up. The only thing I did not like about the interview process was the diagnostic test they ask you to do. Super in-personal and they ask for your SSN. (not of a fan of that)

Question 1
What makes you stand out from the rest of your co workers or peers?
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in May 2025
Interview
Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
