I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Initiative (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2009
Interview
The recruiter and the panel that I interviewed with were very friendly. There were technical questions to ensure that I had the skills required of the position. Felt it was fairly easy if you are familiar with digital marketing. The panel made sure to ask questions to gauge my personality to see if I was a fit for the team.
