Interview
The process consists of 4 rounds in total before that a screening is done on the basis of an unknown criteria followed by the company. Shortlisted candidates are then called for the interview process. This comprises of an aptitude round, followed by a psychometric test. This is followed by 2 technical rounds and finally an HR round.
Round 1 - Recruiting manager: phone call. base info
Round 2 - Department Head: behavioral, video interview
Round 3 - Tech colleague: behavioral, video interview
Round 2 & 3 gives really good information on the role responsibility and company services
