Interview
I applied online and was given a call to schedule a one on one interview with HR. The meeting with HR was informational and I got to know more about the company. After the first interview, I met with the hiring manager to discuss the position in more detail. There were some behavioral questions and a situational questions. The final interview was with the department director. This main purpose of this interview was to establish why I was a better candidate than the other applicants.

Waited an hour in the lobby to be called back.You first interview with a normal HR employee and if they like you they will set up an interview with a manager that you may be assigned to, provided you get the job.

Interview
I went through 3 interviews with a week lapse between each one. I met with general HR, the call center manager, as well as the call center manager's boss. All asked similar questions. It would have been better if all 3 were in the same room at the same time.
