Really long process interviews (2 months), any visibility on anything regarding the process, no consideration for the people who have to follow up to get answers and lack of professionalism unfortunately.

The interview process were pretty tedious, many rounds and individual presentations with higher management. It took several hours but it was worth it. A lot of research needs to be done before attending interview.
