1. Phone interview Initial call which discussed motivations for applying, experience etc. 2. Technical Interview Talked about what the company does. Talked about past project experience (What languages have you worked with?) Problem solving approach 3. Final interview with CTO Mostly about where in the company you'd like to be placed.
